Tribal Cross Tattoos
One of the main things to understand about tattoos with a tribal connection is that there is a desire to connect with the heritage of that group in some manner. The tattoo may be desired because there is a familiar connection that runs back into the genealogy of the individual. In other cases, there may be no family links to the tribe; instead, the link is an identification with something that the group stands for. At other times, the attraction may be based on some tradition that is considered to be an identifying trait of the group, one that the wearer of the tattoo wishes to be associated with.
